Cigweld is a manufacturer of industrial and safety products. Cigweld relocated manufacturing facilities from Australia, Philippines, and its parent company (Thermadyne) from USA.
Scope of work
Provide key management and supporting roles for the relocation of the facilities.
Provide Production Management on contract basis. This role involved supporting the Operations Director in managing all aspects of the business during the period of rapid growth.
Establish business systems and process improvements within the manufacturing plant.
Support the achievement of ISO9000.
Support obtaining Licensed Manufacturing Warehouse certification.
Support the successful implementation of locally designed products.
Manage a major project of sourcing local key suppliers.
