Sicpa is a company specializing in high tech security solutions for government and private companies. Sicpa Product Security in Malaysia was a new start up after winning a large government contract to provide security marks to the tobacco industry for revenue collection and prevention of counterfeits

• Project support to startup the company. This involved employing engineers, co-ordinate their training, establish documentation and testing protocols and setup administration systems within 6 weeks.
• Co-ordinate logistics of equipment roll-out. We had a deadline of 8 weeks to install 40 lines of equipment around the production schedules of high volume manufacturing customers. This involved co-ordinating our engineers on site, equipment arriving from Switzerland, liaising with customers and Malaysian Government representatives as to project timelines.
• Establish technical support so any equipment that was commissioned could be supported 24hr/7 days, with response times of typically 1hr.
• Operations management of the organization in Malaysia.
• Project management for the completion and fit out of new office site
• Establish customer care systems
• Establish a team and systems for equipment design improvements.
• Establish a team of engineers to establish software design and equipment manufacture in the Malaysian operation.
